This is a bodybuilding and
figure competition merging the Ottawa and Outaouais regions.
This event is sanctioned by the O.P.A. (Ontario Physique
Association) and the F.C.P.A.Q. (Amateur Bodybuilding Federation
of Quebec). This is a qualification that leads to the Ontario
and Quebec provincials Championships depending in which
province the athlete resides.
